The great nachota of the fourth generation: the Bavli's כי אתא רבין — "when Ravin came" — marks the arrival of updated Eretz Yisrael rulings in Bavel, usually in Rabbi Yochanan's name and often correcting what Rav Dimi had brought earlier.
