Mezritch מעזריטש
Volhynian town of the Maggid's court: after the Baal Shem Tov's death the leadership of chasidut sat at Mezritch, and from it went out the founders of nearly every chasidic dynasty — including the Alter Rebbe, who traveled there as a young scholar.
